Born on 8 August 1975 in Rzeszow.
In 2001, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and in 2006 he completed post-graduate studies in the European Union Law at the same university.
From 2002 to 2004, he was an assistant to attorneys at law of management boards of the following entities: Vega in Kraków (2002), Biprokom Kraków (2002-2003), Office of Development of Kraków (2003-2004). From 2004 to 2009, he was a legal assistant to the Polish Members of the European Parliament. In 2010-2014, he ran his own legal advisory services. From 2009 to 2015, he cooperated with a notary office ran by his wife in Kraków. In the 9 th term Senate, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Foreign and European Union Affairs Committee and the Secretary of the Senate.
Member of the Law and Justice party and the Chairman of its District Board in Kraków.
