List of Senators

Senator of the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th term Senate.

Deputy to the 3rd term Sejm.

Born on 11 April 1960 in Góra Ropczycka.

In 1988, he graduated from the Faculty of General Agriculture of the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Kraków.

In 1981-1983, he worked as a mechanic at the Ropczyce sugar plant.  In 1983, he began to manage his family farm in Góra Ropczycka. In 1985-1989, he was the Head of the Cooperative Society of Farmer Groups in Sędziszów Małopolski, and later ran his own commercial business in Ropczyce for 3 years. From 1992 to 1997, he worked at the local branch of the Agricultural Property Agency of the State Treasury in Rzeszów. From 2003, he was in charge of marketing at the Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Elektrycznych i Sanitarnych PREIS in Rzeszów, an electrical and sanitary works company, and later at the Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo-Handlowe Eko-Top, a service and commercial company in the same city. In 2006-2007, he was the Deputy Director of the local branch of the Agricultural Property Agency in Rzeszów. From 2011 to 2012, he worked at the Marshal Office in Rzeszów, and then until 2013 at the Dębica Municipal Office.

In 2002-2007, he was a member of the Podkarpackie Regional Assembly.

In the 3rd term Sejm, he was the Deputy Chair of the Agriculture and Rural Development Committee. In the 7th, 9th and 10th term Senate, he served as the Chair of the Environment Committee.

He is active in the “Solidarity” Independent Self-Governing Trade Union of Individual Farmers and in 1995-2000 chaired the union’s regional structures in the Podkarpacie region.

In 1996-1999, he was the President of the Rzeszów Chamber of Agriculture.

Member of the Law and Justice party.
