Member of the Sixth Term Sejm.

Born on 12th August 1945 in Budy.
In 1968 he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Processes in Poznań University of Technology, and in 1973 – from the Electric Faculty of the same University. In 1982 he completed a postgraduate course in the Electrical Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology, and in 1992 he became a Master of Business Administration in the International Management Centre of Warsaw University.
Between 1968 and 1993 he worked in the Industrial Automation Works MERA-ZAP in Ostrów Wielkopolski, starting out as an intern and working his way up to the position of the president. From 1976 to 1979 he worked in Energoinvest Sarajevo in Yugoslavia. In 1993 and 1994 he was an inspector in the City Hall in Kalisz, and in 1994 to 2007 – deputy director of PROSNA Water and Sewage Company in Kalisz.
2006–2007 – member of Kalisz City Council.
He is an active pilot and glider instructor in the Ostrów Aeroklub (Ostrów Aviation Club), between 1990 and 2007 he was the president and vice-president of the Aeroklub. Between 2005 and 2007 he was the President of the Foundation for Development of Aviation in Southern Greater Poland. Member of Polish Aeroclub and member of the National Forum of Water Companies.
From 1980 to 1981 he was a member of the Executive Council or Southern Greater Poland Region of the Solidarity Trade Union.
He is a member of the Civic Platform Party of Poland, holds a chair in the party's national council, regional council and district council.
Married, has three children.
