He was born on 17 January 1971 in Poznań.
In 1996, he graduated from the Faculty of History of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
In the years 1997-2005, he worked as an advisor to the president at Edica S.A., a protected labour enterprise, and between 1999 and 2002 – to the president of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People. Between 2007 and 2008, he worked for the foundation Stowarzyszenie ‘Środowisko dla Niepełnosprawnych EKO SALUS’ and was an advisor to the president of Poznań-Ławica Airport.
In the years 2002-2005, he sat on the Poznań City Council.
Member of the Polish People’s Party.
