Member of the Sixth and Seventh Term Senate

Born on 9th February 1949 in Górki Grubaki.
Graduated from the Agricultural Faculty of Warsaw Agricultural University in 1980. In 2000, completed post-graduate studies at the Agricultural Economics Faculty of the University.
Since 1965 owns and operates a private farm. In 1976–1977 managed an agricultural cooperative in Korytnica; in 1981–1982 was a teacher in Górki Grubaki.
Between 1990 and 2005 – governor of Korytnica Commune; 1994–2002 – member of Korytnica Commune Council.
Member of the Solidarity Trade Union of Individual Farmers.
In the Sixth Term Senate was deputy chairman of the Agriculture and Environmental Protection Committee and member of the National Defence Committee. In the Seventh Term Senate was deputy chairman of the National Defence Committee and member of the Agriculture and Rural Development Committee.
Member of the Law and Justice political party and member of its political council.
Married, has three children.
