Born on 19 April 1956 in Warsaw.

She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wrocław.

In 1990, she completed her legal training. She provided legal services for companies.

From 2010 to 2011, she was a councillor in the Warsaw City Council.

She was honoured by the Polityka magazine in its ranking of the best MPs.

Member of the New Left.
