Senator of the 10 th term Senate

He was born on 15 November 1958 in Hancewicze.
In 2010, he completed the second-cycle programme of studies at the Faculty of Precision Mechanics of the Warsaw University of Technology. Between 1985 and 1987, he worked as a design engineer in the ‘Mera-Lumel’ Electrical Meteorology Research and Development Centre in Zielona Góra. In the years 1986-2002, he was the owner of the Computer Centre ‘VADIM’.
In 2002, he became involved in the local government activity, co-creating Nowosolski Sojusz Niezależnych (Alliance of the Independent in Nowa Sól). Since 2002, he has served as the President of the City of Nowa Sól four times.
He was the Head of the Association of Lubuskie Voivodeship Presidents, Mayors and Voits, and the President of the Ogólnopolskie Porozumienie Organizacji Samorządowych (All-Poland Alliance of Local Government Organisations).
Board Member of the Association of Polish Cities.
He has no political party affiliation.
