She was born on 19 October 1972 in Wałbrzych.
In 2000, she graduated from the Law, Administration and Economy Faculty of the University of Wrocław.
In 1998, she started working for a private cable TV network, and was later employed by the District Authority Office in Wałbrzych. Since 2003, she has been working for the Wałbrzyski Związek Wodociągów i Kanalizacji (Water and Sewage Union in Włabrzych) (currently on leave).
In the 2002 local government elections, she won a seat in the Wałbrzych Council for the first time. She succeeded in being re-elected in 2006 and 2010. Since 2006, she also held the position of Chairperson of the Wałbrzych City Council.
Member of the Civic Platform party of Poland. Vice-President of the Dolnośląskie Regional Board.
