He was born on 1 July 1978 in Białystok.
He graduated from K.K. Baczyński III Upper Secondary School in Białystok. In 2002, he obtained his Master’s degree at the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the University of Finance and Management in Białystok.
He is an active entrepreneur, running his company since 2002.
Between 2006 and 2019, he held the position of the Councillor of the Białystok City Council. In 2014-2018, he was the President of the Białystok City Council. In the four terms he served, he held the following offices: Vice-President of the City Council, Chairman of the Self-Governance and Security Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee. He was engaged in the work of the City Infrastructure and Culture and City Promotion Committies, among others.
For nearly two terms he was the Head of the Law and Justice Club at the Białystok City Council.
He sat on the Social Council of the Polish Red Cross Independent City Hospital in Białystok. In 2018, he was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit.
He is married and has four children.
Member of the Law and Justice party since 2004.
