Born on 14th July 1967 in Lubsk.
Graduated from the Poznań University of Physical Education, Gorzów Wielkopolski Campus.
In the years 1991–2003 he was the owner of Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo-Usługowe "Dowhan" (a trading and service company). Since 2003 he has been the President of the Management Board of the “Dowhan” company. In the period between 1991 and 2001 held the position of the director of the Zielona Góra branch of MILO (a commercial company). Since 2001 he was a member, and later, the President of Zielonogórski Klub Żużlowy (Zielona Góra Speedway Club); since 2006 – has been the President of Zielonogórski Klub Żużlowy Sportowa Spółka Akcyjna (a joint-stock company).
2006–2011 – member of Zielona Góra Town Council.
Member of the Civic Platform Party of Poland.
Married, has three children.
