Senator of the 6 th, 9 th and 10 th term Senate


He was born on 19 March 1962 in Lublin.
He graduated from Stanisław Konarski 1 st Upper Secondary School in Rzeszów. In 1987, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Wrocław Medical University, and completed post-graduate studies in Health Organisations Management at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. In 1992, he obtained a second-degree specialisation in internal medicine, and in 1995 – a first-degree specialisation in psychiatry.
Since 1987, he has been working continuously in the hospital in Gryfów Śląski as an intern, assistant, Deputy Head, and Chief Physician. He worked as a medical examiner and expert witness. In 2002, he served as the Deputy Director for Health Care in the Independent Public Complex of Health Care Centres (currently the Poviat Healthcare Centre) in Lwówek Śląski.
Between 1994 and 1998, he was a Councillor of the City Council of the Gryfów Śląski Municipality and a delegate to the Sejmik of Jeleniogórskie Voivodeship. In the years 1998-2005 and 2010-2015, he acted as a Councillor of the Lwówek Śląski Poviat Council, which he chaired from 1998 to 2002. He wrote publications on social and ethical issues, initiated and founded the competition for high school youth under the name ‘Polskie prawa do Śląska’ (Polish claim on Silesia).
He was the founder of NSZZ ‘Solidarność’ in Gryfów Śląski.
In the years 1996-2001, he was a member of the Real Politics Union.
Member of the Law and Justice party.
