He was born on 22 October 1982 in Nowa Ruda.
He graduated in history, majoring in teaching history and history of Eastern Europe, from the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Wrocław in 2008 and completed post-graduate studies in public administration in Poland and the European Union at the Faculty of Administration of the Lower Silesian College of Public Services Asesor in Wrocław (2009), in project management and evaluation at the same faculty at the university (2010), and in administration management at the Tourism Faculty in Kłodzko of the College of Management ‘Edukacja’ in Wrocław (2013). In 2020, he completed post-graduate Executive Master of Business Administration studies organised by Collegium Humanum Warsaw Management University in partnership with the Apsley Business School in London.
Between 2002 and 2009, he managed an individual animal and plant agricultural holding. He was employed by the Social Welfare Centre in Kłodzko (2008-2010) and later worked on acquiring EU funds in the City Development Department of the Kłodzko City Hall Office (2009-2015). He also served as the Director of the Poviat and City Public Library in Kłodzko. In 2015, he was the Head of the Funds Management and Promotion Department in the Kudowa-Zdrój City Hall Office.
In the years 2010-2015, he was a Councillor of the Kłodzko Poviat Council; he was the Deputy Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee.
He served as Secretary of the 9 th term Senate. He sat on the National Prosecutorial Council, on behalf of the Upper Chamber. He was also 297 the Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Central European Initiative.
He has been re-established as the Secretary of the 10th term Senate. He has been re-elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Central European Initiative.
Member of the Law and Justice party. In the past, he was the party’s Vice-President in the Wałbrzych Constituency No. 2, and Head of the Law and Justice Club in the Kłodzko Poviat Council. He is currently a representative of the party in the Kłodzko Poviat, Head of the Law and Justice Regional Committee for the municipalities Radków and Nowa Ruda, as well as a proxy for the Law and Justice Regional Committee in the City of Kłodzko.
