She was born on 22 August 1964 in Prudnik.
In 1997, she completed ethnography and anthropology studies at the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw, and in 2008 – post-graduate studies in the Centre for Studies in Local Government and Development at that university.
Between 1997 and 2001, she worked as an ethnographer in the Węgrowskie Cultural Centre. In the years 2001-2006 and 2008-2014, she served as the Director of the Sokołowskie Cultural Centre in Sokołów Podlaski.
In 2006, she was a Councillor of the Węgrowo City Council, and in the years 2010-2014, of the Sejmik of Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Between 2007 and 2008, she was the Deputy Mayor of Węgrowo.
She is the Vice-President of the cultural association Stowarzyszenie Klasztor Węgrów – Centrum Dialogu Kultur, a member of the Management Board of a local tourism organisation ‘Great Lithuanian Road’ and the Podlaskie Cultural Heritage Association.
Member of the Law and Justice party.
