Senator of the 8 th, 9 th and 10 th term Senate

He was born on 12 October 1964 in Kielce.
He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Kielce University of Technology. In 2003, he completed post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Administration and Humanities of Wyższa Szkoła Handlowa (Higher School of Economics) in Kielce (majoring in social assistance organisation) and in 2019 – Executive Master of Business Administration post-graduate studies at the Warsaw Management University.
In the years 1991-2007, he worked as the Head of the Social Assistance Home in Kielce.
Between 2007 and 2011, he served as a Director of the Świętokrzyskie branch of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People in Kielce. From 1998 until 2010, he was a Councillor of the Kielce City Council, acted as its Deputy Chairman (2002-2006) and Chairman (2006-2010). In the years 2010-2011, he was a Councillor of the Sejmik of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
In the 8 th and 9 th term Senate, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Rules, Ethics and Senatorial Affairs Committee.
He is the President of Świętokrzyskie Stowarzyszenie ‘Niepełnosprawni Plus’ (association for disabled persons) and a member of Świętokrzyski Konwent Osób Niepełnosprawnych i Pacjentów (assembly of disabled persons and patients).
He is married and has four children.
Member of the Law and Justice party, its Political Council and the Świętokrzyskie Regional Board.
