Senator of the 8 th, 9 th and 10 th term Senate

 

He was born on 7 February 1965 in Warsaw.
In 1988, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He completed post-graduate Dess Droit International du Commerce programme at the Université de Paris X Nanterre in 1989. In 1995, he completed his advocate training.
In the years 1989-1992, he worked at legal offices in Paris and New York. From 1992 until 1995, he was an advocate trainee at the Lawyer Service law firm in Warsaw. Between 1995 and 2011, he was an associate at the Pociej, Dubois i Wspólnicy law firm.
In the 8 th term Senate, he was the Deputy Chairman of the National Economy Committee.
In the 9 th term Senate, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Legislation Committee.
He is a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the Chairman of the PACE Group of the European People’s Party.
Member of the Civic Platform party of Poland.
