He was born on 5 July 1983 in Krynica-Zdrój.
He graduated from the Małopolska School of Economics in Tarnów, faculty of Management and Public Administration.
Between 2005 and 2006 he worked as administrative assistant at the office of a Senator of the Republic of Poland Stanisław Kogut, and in the period 2006-2018 he worked for the Fundacja Pomocy Osobom Niepełnosprawnym (Foundation for Assistance to the Disabled). Currently, he holds the position of the Head of the Revalidation and
Education Centre in Grybów.
In the period 2010-2014, he was a member of the Municipal Council of Grybów. Between 2014 and 2019, he sat on the Council of Nowy Sącz Poviat.
In 2014-2018, he was a member of the Social Council of Dr. J. Dietl Hospital in Krynica-Zdrój, and in 2018 and 2019 – a member of the Social Council of Emergency Services in Nowy Sącz.
He has organised numerous culture and sports events.
Member of the Law and Justice party.
