Deputy to the Sejm of the 6 th, 7 th and 8 th term

He was born on 10 March 1969 in Lublin.
In 1995, he graduated from the Faculty of Surveying and Cartography of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków with the title of engineer.
He worked in the city hall in Zgierz as Head of the Department of Urban Planning, Spatial Management and Geodesy. He also ran his own business offering surveying services.
Between 2006 and 2007, he was a Councillor of the Łódzkie Voivodeship Sejmik.
Member of the Civic Platform party – he is the Vice-President of the party
for the Łódź region.
