He was born on 1 January 1967 in Józefów.
In 1991, he graduated from the Faculty of Horticulture of the Lublin Academy of Agriculture.
Then he focused on running his own business. He became the President of the Management Board in Bury enterprise, whose sectors of operation included foodstuffs, transport and education.
In the years 2018-2019, he was a Councillor of the Sejmik of Lubelskie Voivodeship.
He has no political party affiliation. Non-aligned Senator, from March 1, 2021, he is a member of the Parliamentary Group “Poland 2050”.
