Born on 8th August 1975 in Rzeszów.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow in 2001 and completed post-graduate studies in European Union law at the same university in 2006.
2002−2004 – an assistant to legal counsels of management boards of the following entities: Vega in Cracow, Biprokom Kraków (Cracow), Cracow Development Office.
2004−2009 – a legal assistant to Members of the European Parliament. 2010−2014 − ran his own company “Doradztwo Prawne Marek Pęk” (legal advisory services).
2009−2015 − in cooperation with a notary office in Cracow.
Has no political party affiliation.
Married, has three children.
