Born on 10th August 1959 in Gdańsk.
Graduated from the Basic Vocational School of the Central Union of Labour Cooperatives in Gdańsk, specialising in carpentering and upholstery, in 1977. 1977−1978 − worked in Zakład Remontowo-Budowlany (a renovation and construction  company) in Skarszewy. 1979–2015 − conducted business in many areas including carpentering, selling food products and general store goods, catering, services related to equipment, manufacturing fish meal and feed. Runs a 400 ha plant farm.
2006−2010 and 2014−2015 – a member and deputy chairman of Pomorskie Provincial Parliament.
Member of the Polish Catholic Social Union.
Member of the Law and Justice political party and its Political Council.
