Born on 7th February 1965 in Warsaw.
In 1988 graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. In 1989 he completed a postgraduate course at Dess Droit International du Commerce at Universite de Paris X Nanterre. In 1995 completed his bar training.
Between 1989 and 1992 he worked in law firms in Paris and New York. Between 1992 and 1995 – an attorney trainee in the Lawyer Service Law Office in Warsaw. Between 1995 and 1996 he held the position of an advisor to the President of Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. Between 1996 and 2011 was attorney and a managing partner in Pociej, Dubois and Partners Law Office.
Has no political party affiliation.
Married, has four children.
