Member of the Sixth and Seventh Term Senate

Born on 27th June 1954 in Mielec.
In 1979, graduated in aircraft construction from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at "Ignacy Łukasiewicz" University of Technology in Rzeszów.
1979–1992 – worked at the Communication Equipment Research and Development Centre in Mielec. 1992–1998 – chairman of the board of directors of MARR S.A. Regional Development Agency; 2002–2005 – plenipotentiary of the board. 2005–2007 – secretary of state in the Ministry of Regional Development.
1998–2005 – deputy to Podkarpackie Provincial Parliament (member of its board and in 1998–2002 – its deputy marshal).
In 1997 established the Enterprise Incubator; currently its member. Member of the Enterprise Promotion Association and the Catholic Action Association, the “Sokół” Gymnastics Society and the Society of Mielec Region Lovers.
Member of the Solidarity Trade Union since 1980. Deputy chairman and then chairman of the Solidarity Trade Union at WSK PZL and OBR-SK companies in Mielec (1989–1991); subsequently deputy chairman of the National Section of the Solidarity Trade Union in the Aircraft Industry (1990–1991). 1989–1991 – also member of the Rzeszów Region board of Solidarity Trade Union.
In the Sixth Term Senate was member of the National Defence Committee. In the Seventh Term Senate was deputy chairman of the Local Government and State Administration Committee and member of the National Economy Committee.
Member of the Law and Justice political party and member of its political council.
Married, has two children.
