Born on 2nd August 1970 in Płock.
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Technical University of Radom in 2002.
Between 1994 and 2002 he worked as a corporate account specialist in a Bank Pekao SA branch office in Płock. Between 2003 and 2004 he was a deputy head of the Municipal Sport Centre in Płock, and between 2006 and 2007 – an advisor to the Management Board of Logistics Operator of Liquid Fuels in Płock. From 2008 to 2010 he worked as a chief specialist in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.
Between 2006 and 2011 – a deputy to Mazowieckie Provincial Parliament.
He was the first vice-governor of Mazowieckie Province in 2007.
Founding member of President Lech Kaczyński Social Movement.
Member of the Budget and Public Finance Committee and the National Economy Committee in the Eighth Term Senate; also served as a Secretary of the Senate.
He is a member of the Law and Justice political party, holds a position in the political council.
Married, has one child.
