Born on 19th December 1957 in Kętrzyn.
Graduated from the Secondary Vocational School of general construction.
1976 - 1983 worked as a technical and investment specialist in enterprises in Ostrołęka. Expelled from work as a repression in 1983, he established still existing family business, which provides construction services.
For activities in the Solidarity Trade Union was interned under martial law and then held as a political prisoner for two years. In 1988 took part in rebuilding the Solidarity Trade Union. Chairman of the Civic Committee in Ostrołęka. In 1990 he co-organized an election to the reborn self-government in Ostrołęka.
Co-founder of the Ostrołęka Economic Forum of small and medium enterprises; 1999-2007 its vice-president.  Deputy chairman of the Athletic Club of Ostrołęka.
Awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta by President Lech Kaczyński for his endeavors on behalf of Poland's independence.
Co-founder of the Centre Alliance in Ostrołęka. He is a member of the Law and Justice political party and serves as the chairman of the City Committee of the party in Ostrołęka.
Married, has five children.
