Member of the Fourth and Seventh Term Senate

Born on 1st November 1959 in Gniewoszów.
In 1985 graduated from the Faculty of Canonical Law of the Catholic University in Lublin. Between 1985 and 1990 participated in a doctoral programme (sociology section) in the university's Faculty of Social Sciences.
In 1992–1993 was social affairs adviser to Sejm deputy Wojciech Włodarczyk. Between 1995 and 1997 worked in the sales and marketing department of Telekom Puchaczów SA with headquarters in Łęczna – a Netia Group subsidiary.
From 2002 to 2006 was deputy to Lubelskie Provincial Parliament; twice deputy provincial marshal (2002–2003 and 2005–2006).
Member of the Solidarity Trade Union.
Member of Związek Piłsudczyków patriotic union and Association of the Graduates and Friends of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University in Lublin.
In the Fourth Term Senate was deputy chairman of the Legislative Committee and member of the Emigration Affairs and Poles Abroad Committee. In the Seventh Term Senate was member of the Emigration Affairs and Poles Abroad Committee, Health Committee and Legislation Committee.
Member of the Movement for Reconstruction of Poland, since 2011 – chairman of the party.
